Competitive Groups

This is the very beginning of your swimmers adventure in the sport of swimming. Even though your swimmer won’t be in Stroke School forever, the skills that they will learn here will serve them for the rest of their swimming career.

10 & Unders

Transitions can be a fun and challenging time for swimmers. They are moving to a new group with a new coach, higher expectations, and other swimmers. We try to ease the process and prepare them for the changes. Swimmers must complete test sets and have age appropriate times for moving. Transitions between groups is at the coaches discretion.
