Water Polo is a super exciting, high intensity, and aggressive sport that does not have the same risk of injury as other sports with similar intensity.

Try-outs
As long as your athlete is 8 years or older and can swim at least one lap across the pool (wall to wall) without using the wall or bottom of the pool they have a place in our practices.
Teams

Teams are from 10U and up

Practices are held at Murrieta Mesa High School, 3 nights a week.

Our Coaches
All TMEC coaches are background checked through USA Swimming’s Coaches Background Check system, and all have current certifications in American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and Coaches Safety Training.
