The Temecula Swim Club is dedicated to providing opportunity and encouragement for all of its swimmers to make an uncompromising commitment to the pursuit of excellence. We encourage the process of striving to be the best that they can be, to acquire life enhancing attributes such as integrity, discipline, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Our Story

The Temecula Swim Club is here to serve the Temecula Valley area. We attract swimmers from the Temecula, Murrieta, Fallbrook and Lake Elsinore region. We encourage all of our swimmers to compete at the highest level possible. The Temecula Swim Club competes year round at local, regional, and national meets.

The Mission of Temecula swim club aims to develop our swimmers to be technically, physically, and mentally prepared to achieve all their goals in and out of the water.

TEAMWORK CORE GOALS

TMEC is a team that is built upon the commitment, support, and participation of the Board, coaches, swimmers, parents/guardians, and the community at large. TMEC believes its success in achieving the team’s goals is dependent upon the cooperation of all members.

COACHING CORE GOALS

TMEC is committed to providing a progressive program where athletes are given specific goals beginning with swimming techniques and proceeding through more challenging training to reach the level of each athlete’s full potential.

Our Coaches

At TMEC, we pride ourselves on providing our members with a warm and inclusive swim club atmosphere. Our dedicated team of coaches and staff are committed to helping swimmers reach their full potential while enjoying the sport they love. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, you'll feel right at home at TMEC. We put a premium on creating a supportive environment that celebrates individual and team achievements.

All TMEC coaches are background checked through USA Swimming’s Coaches Background Check system, and all have current certifications in American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and Coaches Safety Training.

Meetings, Minutes & Bylaws

Currently, meetings for the Board of Directors are scheduled to be held on the 3rd Monday of every month.

Meetings are generally scheduled from 6:00 to 8:00 PM (6-7 Closed Executive Meetings and 7-8 Open Meeting); however times and locations are subject to change based on board and meeting space availability.

 

Zoom Meeting ares currently the most used platform for meetings and links will be sent before meetings begin (The first hour are usually closed sessions.)
