Coach Jason is an ASCA Age Group Level 3 Performance certified coach with a passion for guiding swimmers towards their full potential. With an impressive 18 years of coaching experience, Coach Jason has left an indelible mark on the swimming community. 

Having held roles as a Site Coordinator, Head Age Group coach, and Head Coach, Coach Jason brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the table. Under his guidance, swimmers have consistently achieved remarkable results, including National Top 10 rankings in both individual and relay events in all age groups. Perhaps one of Coach Jason’s proudest accomplishments is the phenomenal streak of success his 8-Under swimmers experienced while at Excel Aquatics in Nashville, TN, winning the 8-Under Championship meet for an astounding seven consecutive years. During this reign, team records and multiple Southeastern Swimming records were shattered, with one record still standing strong after an impressive 16 years. 

When it comes to coaching, Coach Jason firmly believes in the power of technique, discipline, and creating an enjoyable training environment. By focusing on refining swimming techniques, instilling discipline, and finding the balance between hard work and enjoyment, 

Coach Jason ensures his swimmers not only excel to their fullest potential, but also develop a lifelong love for the sport. Beyond the swimming pool, Coach Jason is married to his supportive wife Heather and together they have been blessed with three wonderful children. In his downtime, Coach Jason enjoys watching Alabama football, honing his skills on the golf course, pursuing woodworking projects around the house, and grilling on his Kamado Joe.
